NOTICE OF BYLAW UPDATES & CHANGES

 
At its October 29, 2024 meeting, the NCAGP Board of Directors voted and approved to make changes to the Association’s Bylaws. The proposed revisions and updates to the Bylaws consist of the following:

• Annual membership dues to increase from $50 to $75
• A new member enrolling on or after June 2 and through Dec 31 will pay 50% membership fee

 
According to the Bylaws, Article X – Amendments: “These Bylaws may be amended at any meeting of the Association if the substance of the proposed amendment has been recommended to the membership from the Board of Directors by notice at least 30 days before the meeting or at any meeting without previous recommendation or notice if a quorum is present.
It is being recommended by the Board of Directors that the general membership review these changes. The changes will be presented for consideration at the Association’s meeting to be held on March 20, 2025. If approved, the Bylaws will be updated to reflect the approved changes.
This Notice hereby serves as the 30-day minimum notice to the general membership.
